The Infinix Zero 8 is the new member of the Infinix Zero-series. The smartphone comes with a lovely design to match and amazing features which includes a quad camera setup and a whooping 128GB internal storage. Camera
The camera department of the Infinix Zero 8 features a quad-rear camera setup and a dual front camera. The quad rear-cameras consists of a 64-megapixel wide primary camera, 8-megapixel ultrawide lens, a 2-megapixel macro lens and a 2-megapixel depth lens.
These rear cameras are capable of recording 4K and 1080p videos at 30fps and they also has HDR and Panorama features.
Upfront, we have dual cameras which consists of a 48-megapixel HD Ultra Night selfie camera which is accompanied with another 8-megapixel Ultra Wide-Angle selfie camera. These selfie cameras features HDR functionality and is capable of recording 1080p video at 30fps.
Before I forget, the Infinix Zero 8 is the world’s first Ultra Night & Ultra Wide Angle camera smartphone.
Design and Display
The Infinix Zero 8 features a minimal design with “Gem Cut” surface. This design is inspired by the Louvre’s diamond glass design to achieve an overall sophisticated look. The device comes in three colours which includes Silver Diamond, Black Diamond and Green Diamond.
The rear panel houses the quad rear-camera setup, which is accompanied with a LED flash and the Infinix branding that indicates it’s an infinix smartphone.
On the front, the device features a cutting-edge Full High Definition display which provides an amazing immersive visual experience.
The device comes with 6.85-inches smooth display which has a dimension of 1080 x 2460 Pixels and a pixel density of 407ppi. It has a 90Hz refresh rate and 180Hz touch sampling rate.
Hardware and Software
Infinix Zero 8 comes with the Sony IMX 686 MediaTek Helio G90T Chipset which is supported with an octa-core processor and on the graphics, we have Mali-G76 MC4. On the memory, we have 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage which has an option for memory expansion via microSD card up to 256GB.
On the software department, it runs Android 10 version of operating system, supported with infini’x XOS 7 version of user interface.
Connectivity and Battery
The smartphone features 4G connectivity, which means downloading and online streaming will be capped at 4G connectivity speed. Other connectivity includes Dual SIM, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Radio, USB.
It is powered with non-removable 4500 mAh Li-po battery, which is supported with 33W super charge. According to infinix, it gives you up to 70% battery in 30minutes charge.
