How To Easily Change Your Default Me2U Transfer Pin
It’s advisable you change your default PIN to something more secure to safeguard the security of your transactions. You can do so by following these steps:
- In your text message box write PIN – default PIN – new PIN. That is PIN 0000 6565
- Send the message to 432
- If this is successful, they will send you a message that they have successfully changed your PIN to 6565
After this, you can transfer your credit to any other person on the Airtel Mobile network.

How To Transfer Airtime on Airtel
To borrow data on your Airtel Line, simply follow these steps:
- Dial *432# on the line you want to transfer from\
- Select transfer Airtime
- Enter the number of the recipient
- Input your Me2U pin
- Confirm your transfer by replying with 1
Aside from the methods listed above, you may also transfer your airtime by texting 2u Phone Number Amount PIN to 432. If you wish to send N1000 and your PIN is 6565, for example, you would send 2u 08012345678 1000 6565 to 432.
Note: All successful transfers cost N10. However, they will not charge you for PIN changes or service inquiries.
How To Transfer Airtime on Airtel to MTN
You can only send airtime from one Airtel to another using Airtel Me2U. This implies you won’t be able to transfer airtime from an Airtel SIM to an Mtn, Glo, or 9mobile SIM.
You can only send Airtime to friends who have an Airtel phone number. At this point, your only option is to use your bank account to recharge their non-Airtel lines. If they still have their Airtel lines, you can send them some airtime by following the above steps.
Airtel Credit me Service
You can also use the Airtel Credit me service to request airtime and pay for it on your next recharge. All you have to do is dial *141*8*recipient number# to do so. You will next send a message to the recipient requesting that he or she replenish your account (Please Credit Me).
