1. Nasims Releases Statement On Failed Transaction

The National Social Investment Management System (NASIMS) has finally released a statement concerning the issue of failed payment status and what you need to do.

According to Nasims, the occurrence of these FAILED transactions as encountered by some Beneficiaries were consequential to the manifested technical glitch on the portal. On receipt of the report, we swung into action and assure it will be generally resolved and an outstanding September stipend paid to all deserving volunteers.

Alternatively, you may wish to Call 092203102 and provide the Nasims support team with your account details to help resolve this and other similar issues. Please, DO NOT drop your account details in the comment section to avoid being compromised, Nasims said.

All inconveniences this may have caused you are highly regrettable. Thank you! From Nasims team.

2. NPower Batch C Stream 1 Beneficiaries To Be Paid N60,000 For September And October Stipend

It’s no longer news that the Monthly Stipend of the beneficiaries of the Batch C Npower Programme has commenced but beneficiaries are wondering if the payment is for September or October.

Flippstack understands that the confusion is a result of the Official declaration by the management regarding 4th October 2021 as the resumption date for the Npower Batch C Stream 1 Programme.

Although, information coming from the National Social Investment Management System ( NASIMS) has indicated that the Stream 1 beneficiaries of the Batch C Npower Programme would be paid for both September and October which will amount to N60,000 for each of the Graduate Npower beneficiaries and N20,000 for each of the non-Graduate Npower beneficiaries.

This simply means that the ongoing payment to the beneficiaries is the September Stipend while October Payment will begin immediately after the completion of the September Payment.

3. Four Reasons Why Some Batch C Stream 1 Beneficiary Might Not Receive Their September Stipend

It’s no longer news that the Ministry released a notice stating that one of the reasons why some beneficiaries have not received their September Stipend is due to their account is not yet validated.

Apart from the beneficiary account not being validated, there are other reasons which might cause a beneficiary not to receive his/her monthly stipend which we will be looking at in this article.

Following the restructuring of the N-Power Programme by the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development, the intention of some N-power Beneficiaries to play smart will be short-lived.

Beneficiaries in the below categories might not receive their monthly stipend

1. Beneficiaries having multiple accounts tied to the Government Payment Systems.

2. Beneficiaries who are already working with Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDA).

3. Beneficiaries who are already participating in other Schemes.

4. Beneficiaries who are currently participating in the National Youth Service Corps.

According to the Minister, such Categories of N-power Beneficiaries clearly violate the regulations guiding the N-Power volunteer programme and could amount to gross misconduct and corruption.

That’s all for the Npower latest news for today Thursday 18th November 2021, make sure to share this article and always come back from time to time for more Npower latest news.
