They also examine, review, and enforce the correction of corruption-prone systems and procedures of public bodies. ICPC is structured into 10 departments and six units and the departments that make up the Independent Corrupt Practices Commission include Operations; Legal Services; Asset Tracing, Recovery & Management; Special Services; Systems Study & Review and Public Enlightenment & Education.

The salaries of employees in the Independent and Corrupt Practices Commission are determined by the rank of the employee at that time. This means the higher your rank, the higher your salary.
