NIMC Sends Important Notice To Prospective 2022 UTME/DE Candidates

Following the commencement of Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and Direct Entry (DE) yesterday 19th February 2022, the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) has sent an important notice to prospective candidates regarding how to verify their NIN status.

The notice which was disclosed on their official Twitter account today, the NIMC urged all prospective 2022 UTME/DE candidates to kindly check the status of their National Identity Number by dialing *346# from their mobile line used during enrollment before proceeding to register for the 2022 UTME.

They also went further to state that, if your NIN is not verified, kindly send a mail containing your NIN and full name to: [email protected], then wait for at least four hours and dial the code again to get confirmation.

JAMB candidates are advised to check the list of approved JAMB CBT centers to know the closest one to them for the purpose of JAMB registration and other JAMB-related assistance. Click here to View the list
