JAMB Introduces Two New Subjects To UTME
The Joint Admission Matriculation Board (JAMB) has introduced 2 additional subjects to the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) today.
The two latest subjects that were added to the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) include Computer Studies and Physical & Health Education.

This was disclosed by the exam body’s Director of Public Relations, Dr. Fabian Benjamin who told newsmen today that the candidates sitting for the UTME can now pick Computer Studies or Physical and Health Education as part of the four required UTME subjects, if they so desire or as dictated by their programme preferences.
The addition of the two subjects to the existing 23 UTME subjects would be effective from the 2022 UTME exercise.
Others include Agricultural Science, Arabic, Art, Biology, Chemistry, Christian Religious Studies, Commerce, Economics, French, Geography, Government, Hausa, History, and Home Economics, Igbo, Islamic Studies, Literature in English, Mathematics, Music, Physics, Principles of Accounts, Use of English, and Yoruba.
