The  Chelsea former striker Tony Cascarino believes that the Champions of Europes will make a big signing this summer ahead of the EPL season.

According to his interview with Talksport:

‘Chelsea has earned a lot of money over the last year,’ Cascarino said. ‘From the Champions League and the selling of Hazard.

‘I cannot believe they aren’t going to break the bank to get someone like Haaland. They are going to do a big transfer in my opinion.’

The TalkSport radio host believes the Norwegian is the ideal candidate to bring to Stamford Bridge as the Blues look forward to taking the next step under Thomas Tuchel.

‘They are going to do a transfer and I think it will be Haaland,’ he continued. ‘Chelsea are going to offer big money for somebody, and I suspect it will be him.’

Beever-Jones Signs First Professional Contract

Chelsea young academy graduate Beever-Jones has signed her first professional contract with Chelsea.

The youngster who just turned 18, made her first senior debut away against Aston Villain the League and she was handed her first senior start against London City Lionesses in the fourth round of the Women’s FA Cup in April.

Speaking o her new contract:

Beever-Jones said: ‘This contract means everything to me. I’ve worked so hard to get to where I am now. It’s been a childhood dream of mine so for it to come true is amazing.

‘I can’t thank Chelsea enough for all the support they have given me. It’s the best feeling in the world.’

Goalkeeper Completes Loan Move

Chelsea young goalkeeper, Jamie Cumming has completed a loan move to League One side Gillingham where he will be spending his 2021/22 season.

This makes it a second loan spell for the 21-year-old Winchester-born goalkeeper and he will be looking forward to using the opportunity for his development.

Cumming spent the 2019/20 season as a third-choice keeper at Chelsea behind Kepa Arrizabalaga and Willy Caballero.

Gillingham finished four places outside the play-offs last season in England’s third tier. Their campaign begins at home to Lincoln City on Saturday 7 August.

Henry Lawrence Joins AFC Wimbledon on Loan

Chelsea young versatile central midfielder, Henry Lawrence will be spending his 2021/22 season at AFC Wimbledon on a season-long-loan.

The 19-year-old can operate in central midfield as well as defense, with right-back his regular position throughout much of last season. He was able to make 19 appearances in total, scoring twice on the final day of the season in a 4-2 victory at Blackburn Rovers.

He will be looking forward have enough playing time which will help his development in the game.
