Following the announcement of the shortlisting of Npower Batch C Stream 2 beneficiaries, we have been receiving several questions from beneficiaries which one of those questions has been from beneficiaries who are unable to do their Fingerprint Enrollment because they have forgotten their Nasims portal password.

1. Not that this can only work for you if you can remember your Npower ID and are selected for biometrics. Your Npower ID is the number that starts with NPWR/2020/XXXXXX that can be found in your profile.

2. Why you should use this trick is because you cant access the nasims portal to see if you are Shortlisted for biometrics so the only thing to do is go to the cyber cafe with your Npower ID and have the cybercafe operator use the nasims portal directly to capture your fingerprint.

If you do this and your fingerprint was successfully captured then you are actually Shortlisted, but if your fingerprint failed to capture then it might be that you are not selected yet for this biometrics stage.
