The Global Alliance for Youth Nigeria is a coalition of companies passionate about working together to address the major challenges faced by the Nigerian youth in the bid to attain a decent livelihood.

The Alliance was launched in August 2021 by Nestlé Nigeria, Jobberman Nigeria, Big Bottling Company, Sterling One Foundation, and the United Nations Global Compact Nigeria. The Alliance plans to reach more than 250,000 young Nigerians with employability and entrepreneurial skills (and where applicable, internship and employment opportunities) to enable them to get gainful employment or set up businesses of their own within the next 3 years.

The Global Alliance for Youth Nigeria will combine the efforts of partner companies on skilling up, training, and equipping young people to promote a better transition from education and training to employment and entrepreneurship for those below 35 years.

This is the first joint project from the Alliance; soft skills and digital training for National Youth Corps Members and Fresh Graduates (0-3 years post-NYSC).
