How To Chat With Npower Support Team Via NASIMS Portal

If you are a Npower applicant and you have been finding it difficult to get a response from Npower after making your complaints either by email or their call help center. We have good news for you, no need to bother anymore, We will be walking you through how to chat with their support team directly via NASIMS Portal and get your immediate answers to all your questions.

The NASIMS Portal was actualized by the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs Disaster Management and Social Development for the next batch of N-Power beneficiaries. The Portal is actually where all prospective Npower batch C Applicants Recruitment Process is being conducted and there is also an option to communicate to Npower officials from the portal which one of them is through the portal’s chat functionality.

How To Chat With Npower Support Team Via NASIMS Portal

Below are the following steps to use the chat functionality in the NASIMS portal to communicate directly to Npower officials.

1) Go to https://nasims.gov.ng and login to your dashboard

2) Then check below your screen while still on the NASIMS portal for the chat button as seen in the image below and click on it to chat with the Npower support team if you have any unanswered questions.
