What Successfully Deployed NJFP Beneficiaries Need To Know
It’s no longer news that the management of NJFP has commenced matching shortlisted candidates with verified Organizations, for which many beneficiaries have already been deployed. This article will be pointing out things Successfully Deployed NJFP Beneficiaries need to know to help them properly prepare.
Before we go further, we will like to remind the successful candidates that the journey that brought you here so far is a long one, and now that you have reached your destination as a verified matched fellow is something you should be proud of and happy about.
Many applicants applied but only 20,000 were chosen and the Fellows in the first batch of the matching process have received the details of the Host Organization they will be working with for the next 12 months.

As the management prepares for the onboarding and induction stages for these fellows in due time, we will like to advise you to see your posting like NYSC! During your NYSC days, you were posted to a different state and you survive with a 30,000 monthly stipends payment for 12 months.
Likewise, NYSC and NJFP fellows might be deployed to organizations outside their state and will be paid an N100,000 monthly allowance. It is advisable to accept the offer instead of rejecting it.
For those who are yet to receive a congratulatory message, note that the selection and matching process is being done in batches over the next few weeks. This is so the management team can make the process seamless and implement effective monitoring strategies.
