Nirsal Microfinance Bank Raises Alarm On Fake Recruitment By Fraudsters

Nirsal Microfinance Bank has raised alarm on fraudsters conducting fake recruitment using their name, thereby warning those that are responsible to desist from that act.

The management of Nirsal Microfinance Bank disclosed this in a statement released on their official Instagram account on Monday, which they made known that some suspected fraudsters have been using their name to issue fake letters of employment to members of the public in order to extort money from them.

They condemned the act and also warned those involved to desist from it. NMFB also made it known that they will not request any payment of any fees, commission, or other financial commitment from prospective employees.

According to their statement:

It has come to the attention of the Management of Nirsal Microfinance Bank Limited that some suspected fraudsters have been issuing spurious letters of employment to unsuspecting members of the public in exchange for pecuniary benefits.

This is to warn the general public to cease and desist from issuing any financial or non-financial consideration to any person(s) whomsoever, in exchange for purported employment with the bank.

Please be informed that Nirsal Microfinance Bank Limited would never request for payment of any fees, commission, or other financial commitment by whatsoever description from prospective employees.

The Bank’s employment process is open, transparent, and in accordance with the recognized industry best practices.
