About The Program

Over a period of 24 months, Graduate Trainees will be provided with on-the-job rotations across all functions in order to prepare them to assume higher responsibilities in the Bank. DTB’s focus on the SME sector and commitment to enhancing convenience for customers through branch network expansion has driven the Bank’s growth in recent years. The Bank is committed to enabling people to advance with confidence and success.

Eligibility Criteria For Diamond Trust Bank Graduate Management Trainee 2023

To be eligible for the program, interested applicants are to meet the following requirements:

• Must be a graduate student of 2022 from a reputable Accredited Higher Learning Institution.
• Must possess a minimum of upper second Degree.
• Must possess excellent Communication Skills both spoken and written.
• Must possess high-level Numerical and interpersonal skills.
• Must be a fast learner
• Must be a great team player.
