NPower Program Backlog Payment Process

The federal government officially confirmed backlog payments for all qualified N-Power beneficiaries through the National Social Investment Management System (NASIMS). The recipients of Batch C Stream 2 are the only group to which this update is relevant. Beneficiaries can rest easy knowing their stipends for the months of October, November, and December 2022 have been processed thanks to the confirmation.

Beneficiaries of Batch C Stream 2 are urged to update their accounts in a message from Nneka Ikem Anibeze, the Special Assistant on Media and Publicity to the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management, and Social Development. Over 55,000 beneficiaries have already received their stipends for October, November, and December, according to Anibeze. To ensure the timely delivery of benefits to all qualified beneficiaries, it is essential that they promptly update their account details.

N-Power Batch C beneficiaries have lately received communication from NASIMS regarding the payment procedure. The statement makes it clear that only chosen candidates are qualified to receive funding for the N-Power program. Those who were not chosen are not currently eligible for payment.

The N-Power Program  in Brief

The N-Power program, a part of the Social Investment Programs launched by President Muhammadu Buhari’s administration, seeks to offer graduate job seekers temporary employment options. Beneficiaries of the program receive a monthly stipend of N30,000 for a two-year period. Beneficiaries are frequently placed in agricultural and public school settings to offer their skills and advance national development (N-Teach and N-Agro, respectively).
