The local currency Naira depreciated against the dollar as the exchange rate for today opens at ₦678.00 per $1 at the parallel market otherwise known as the black market (Aboki Dollar), today, Tuesday, 23rd August 2022, in Lagos Nigeria, compared to ₦675 per dollar it closed the previous day Monday 22nd August 2022.
