NASIMS in their recent update on Saturday identified Network Congestion as the major obstacle to crediting the Bank Accounts of the beneficiaries.

According to NASIMS who stated:

“As we have stated beforehand, all failed payments will be sorted out and payment made to the affected Beneficiaries.”

“Kindly note that the massive November payment failure was a result of Network congestion associated with bulk payment”, NASIMS added.

The Npower Management noted that it is unrelenting in sorting the payment failure issues, and will reinitiate the November Payment to all unpaid beneficiaries in no distant time.

NASIMS clarified further that all Batch C Npower beneficiaries who have received their previous Stipends in their various Bank Accounts should be rest assured to receive their November Stipend in spite of the massive payment failure issues.

Although the Npower beneficiaries have frowned at the continued delay in clearing the outstanding Stipends as January joins the month of owed backlog stipends, the National Social Investment Management System  (NASIMS) has apologized for the delay, insisting that it will leave no stone unturned in order to ensure all the outstanding Stipends are paid to the beneficiaries.
