EQUIP Shortlists Successful Applicants As Training Begins 3rd January 2022

If you are one of the applicants of the EQUIP(E-educate Q-quench U-upgrade I-illuminate P-pivot) Youths And Women Empowerment Program, you will be happy to know that the shortlist of successful applicants is out and training will begin on the 3rd of January 2022.

If you could recall in early December 2021, we shared with you the commencement of the application of EQUIP programme which ended on the 31st of December 2021. If you have forgotten, kindly click HERE to read through.

The management of the programme in their latest update stated that the training of Successfully Shortlisted applicants will commence on the 3rd of January 2022. Applicants will be required to login into their dashboard and start training.

In the video released by the Whitefield foundation on its Facebook page, over 1000 participants will receive financial grant support and a certificate after training.

E.Q.U.I.P stands for E-educate, Q-quench, U-upgrade, I-illuminate, and P-pivot. It is an Empowerment Program initiative of the Whitefield Foundation funded by The Coca-Cola Foundation to empower youths and women.

This initiative is designed to equip 60,000 participants with FREE employability and entrepreneurship skills that will help them generate income to rise out of poverty, gain economic power, cater to their personal and immediate family needs. The program is FREE. Online and Offline Hybrid.

The grant categories are as follows:

1. GOLD Category — 200,000 each

2. SILVER Category — 100,000 each

3. BRONZE CATEGORY -25,000 each.

In Total, 1,000 participants will receive financial grant support.
