NMFB Discloses Reason Why Some TCF Applicants Have Not Received Their Loan And Possible Solution

The Nirsal Microfinance Bank has sent a new important notice to its TCF loan applicants stating the reason why some of the applicants have not received their loan and also outlined what to do in order to redeem their loan.

Nirsal Microfinance Bank disclosed this on their official Instagram account where they stated that some of the Covid-19 loan applicants have not received their loan because they are tier 1 account holders. They also listed three steps on how to resolve the issue in order to receive their loan.

According to the notice:

Urgent

Dear Applicant,

If you have applied for NMFB (COVID-19) loan, you may not have received your loan because you are tier 1 account holder.

  • Kindly visit your bank to upgrade your account from tier 1 to tier 3.
  • Ensure that the name on your application matches with the name on your account to avoid a mismatch during payment.
  • Please desist from posting your account details on the comment section of our social media pages.

Applicants who’s loan have been approved but have not received their payment are urged to adhere strictly to the above notice in order to redeem their loan.

Note: Nirsal Microfinance Bank Loans are free to access, don’t pay any agent or anybody for the purpose of helping you get loan from NMFB to avoid being scammed.

      Go and check your loan status, to be sure it has been approved

        Please I can not longer access my NYIF dashboard anymore for 1weej now to enable me check my loan status if it has been approved..I always get this **(message “,:invalid token)…what could be the cause??

          I don’t really know what the issue is, maybe your login details are not correct, you can call their helpdesk for support

        Please sir in March this year, I registered my email. But now I checked it said my email is not valid

          The issue might be from the NMFB database, it didn’t capture your email properly or maybe you didn’t submit a valid email. Please confirm that your email is working.

    Please help me to explain the meaning of updating my account from 1 tier to 3 tier. What is 1 tier and what is 3 tier

      tier 1 account is an account that you can open without necessary documents except for your passport photograph and it can’t accept amounts more than 200k, So if the loan you want to receive from NMFB is more than 200k it will not go through, so kindly go to your bank and upgrade it to tier 3 with your ID card and utility bill
