AFJP Fertilizer Subsidy Update: FMARD Apologises Over Payment Delay

The AFJP FMARD/PACE Enumeractors have always complained about the non-compliance of the agreements binding the Enumerators and the Agriculture Ministry earlier before the sack of Mohammed Nanono, the former Minister for Agriculture.

The sack was linked to incompetence and administrative mismanagement which had stalled the disbursement of the Fertilizer Subsidy Grants to about 1,209,143 Farmers enumerated under the AFJP FMARD/Pace Project.
