Nirsal Microfinance Bank has given instruction to Targeted Credit Facility (TCF) Loan Applicants on what to do if any applicant is not receiving message from them.

The Nirsal Microfinance Bank has urged TCF applicants that are not receiving their messages to deactivate “Do Not Disturb” on their phone in order to start receiving messages NMFB.

This was disclosed on Wednesday in a post on their official Instagram account.

According to NMFB:

Dear Customers

If you are not receiving our messages check your Do Not Disturb (DND) status and if it is active, follow the steps below to de-activate it.

1. Send”STATUS” to 2442 for ALL NETWORKS

2. Send “ALLOW” to 2442 for MTN and Airtel

3. Text”STOP” to 2442 for Etisalat and Glo
