If you are an HND Graduate, the best position to apply for the federal road safety recruitment is Officer Cadre. Because the Qualification specified in the FRSC Recruitment 2021 portal stated that Candidates applying for the Officer Cadre must possess the following:

i. First Degree/HND from recognized Institutions of learning.

ii. NYSC Discharge Certificate/Exemption Certificate.

This means that if you have a First degree/HND Qualification in any field, you can apply for officer Cadre but you must be above 18 years old and not more than 30 to apply according to one of the requirements stated by FRSC.
