The new Android Mozilla Firefox browser update comes with a ton of new features and optimizations. We will be seeing an entirely redesigned interface and a fast and secure mobile browser in this new update.
According to Mozilla, they termed the new Firefox for Android update “Firefox Daylight”, saying “because it marks a new beginning for our Android browser”. Some of the features in the new update comes directly from the desktop version of the browser which makes the browser more seamless across different platforms.

Enhanced Tracking Protection:
The new Firefox for Android update will come with an enhanced tracking protection which is located in the Privacy & Security It provides a better web experience and according to Mozilla, it is the highest privacy protection they have ever used. The work of the ETP is to automatically block many known third-party trackers in order to improve user privacy online and it is set to “on” by default.
The private mode is also located in the Privacy & Security department and it is easily accessible. It enables users to create a private browser shortcut on their Android home screen which makes it easy to access the browser.
Better Friendly User Interface:
The new interface is even more user friendly, cleaner and easy to handle. The new release allows users to set the URL bar at the bottom or top of the screen, making it more accessible.
The collection feature enables users to easily return to frequent tasks thereby making it easy to stay organized online.
- The new Firefox for Android update also makes easy for users to toggle between Light and Dark Themes. Users can be able to set it to automatic switch so that the browsing app will switch automatically to dark mode at a certain time of day.
